Location

Bissone is directly located on the lake of Lugano at the south end of the Melide dam. By car it can be reached using the cantonal road that connects Mendrisio to Lugano or by freeway A2, the exit Bissone for people driving from the south or Melide from the north.

Via Campione connects Bissone to the famous enclave of Campione d’Italia. The building is about 900 m from the dam and only 500 m from the arch of Campione d’Italia.

Description

The building has only 6 superior apartments on 3 floors. The front facade with the balconies, living rooms and kitchens face the lake and are westerly looking, offering sun until sunset. The north side overlooks the gulf of Lugano, and the south side has a view of Melide and Bissone.
